"Luis and his crew arrived promptly at the prearranged time. He introduced himself and we went over what they were there to do. They proceeded to bring in their equipment and went right to work. When the Sump pump and dehumidifier installation was completed they went over how it worked, advised how to register the respective warranties and started the new equipment.
