"Overall the experience was good. They were very quick to contact me and came out and fixed my washer the same day. The only negative thing I could say would be the price. The labor seemed a a little high for the 10 minutes it took to fix the washer. Also, I looked up the part online to see what it costs, we were charged a much much higher price for the part than what it was listed at online."

He was true to his promise... within about an hour and a half, he was back at my house, and started right in on repairing it. when dose, he showed the parts which he replaced and demonstrated that the dryer was working fine.
