"This repair would be a five stars but he did not level my washer after he pushed it back in after the repair. I think this should be part of the repair because pulling it out to take care of the repair causes a washer to no longer be level sometimes. He should check for that considering how much the repair cost."

This was based upon prior repair experience with this provider, and my complete satisfaction with the services provided in the past.  The repairman, Joey, who came for the dryer has repaired other appliances in this home, so I was pleased to see him. He quickly discovered the problem, advised that he needed parts, advised me of the price, Upon my agreement, he left to take care of another customer, obtain the parts needed for my service,. He assured me before leaving that he would complete the repair on the same day. He was true to his promise... within about an hour and a half, he was back at my house, and started right in on repairing it. when dose, he showed the parts which he replaced and demonstrated that the dryer was working fine. Leslie with DMC was able to provide same day service and get our air conditioning running in under an hour. He informed me the system that we had was a pain to work on and when requiring replacement was far more expensive than replacing traditional units. My goal in the service call was to really figure out if the only way to repair the unit was to replace it, or if all other options had been exhausted. Despite the system being outdated and not the best design, Leslie was able to get us up and running without having to replace the overall system.
