"FABULOUS!! We had had a local Closet Factory franchisee install our cabinets eight years ago. And we were very happy until recently, when the cabinets began to pull away from the wall. <br /> The original franchisee was no longer in business; BUT Closet Factory of South Carolina honored the warranty and fixed our cabinets so that they are just as good as new---and refused to let us pay for it!
