"Mgr Jeffrey offered free estimate next morning. Had two outdoor hoses were unable remove from hose bibs; were seized on. afraid needed new hose bibs! BG sent tech Joseph Lopez who was professional, knowledgeable & personable. After assessing bibs advised cost for removal of hoses and/or to install new bibs. i gave the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through home from front to back yards. He patiently & carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on ea bib w/new threads that are guaranteed 2 yrs. It was third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair the hose bibs giving us excellent results at economical price! "This crew (Josh and Nate) arrived promptly as scheduled. Explained how the light would be installed and how it would look (centered/height etc.). As it was one of over 90 degree days, I offered them something cold to drink (ice tea). When I came back in the installers had put carboard down and placed the glasses so that they would not leak on the counter. After installation, everything was swept up and the counter was wiped down. We have had this company work on a generator install and propane line hook up for our stove some time back. The were as pleasant, courteous and showed concern that we were satisfied with every move. I would only want Josh and Nate for furture work!"

I'd gladly refer them to single moms, college students, or anyone who may feel unsure or overwhelmed when facing appliance issues. No pressure, no scare tactics—just trustworthy, efficient service. Exactly what you want when you're letting someone into your home. UPDATE: At 6pm i called because the AC was frozen (I thought.) EJ took the call, instead of the regular On Call Tech. He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ."

"I called Max Mecabe of Mecabe Plumbing to replace my leaking water heater. Max showed up quickly with all the materials needed to do the job. He had the job done in less than 2 hrs for the agreed upon price. The work was neat and professional and I have not had a problem with the new water heater. I have also used him for kitchen and bath faucet replacement, furnace and shutoff valve off replacement. All the work has been excellent for a fair price"

"The technician's (Tim and Chaun) that did the installing of my HVAC were courteous and professional. Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased. I should also state two years ago we had a new HVAC installed by Swift and continually had problems with it. After many service calls with little luck correcting the issue, Swift installed a new unit. Five more stars to Swift for integrity!"
