He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights.
