Once the contract was signed, I begin working with Tristen Graybill, a designer with Adaptions. Tristen prepared a lay out for the bathroom design for my review. We talked and met several times to discuss various options. I worked with Tristen to select tile, paint, and plumbing fixtures. She was very attentive to my questions and concerns and listened to my thoughts and ideas. She was great at putting together different tile for the shower that would still coordinate with the existing floor tile and reassured me when I had concerns. She was available throughout the remodel when questions came up, including clarifying the tile layout. She was very responsive to my phone calls and emails.
