"They replace the Rod of the water heater and they did an excellent job"

"If anything goes wrong they take of it, they've worked real well for us. They came out and because if they can't fix it, they replace it, they gave us a new water heater. We've been very pleased with them. We had a leak in our wall behind the water heater. We've been in our home about 8 years, the average life of a water heater. He fixed the leak in the wall and I asked him to take a look at the water heater and I said "is it also reaching the end of its useful life" and he said "yeah it is lets put in a new one". I just asked him for one, that's all I did. They're strength is definitely their people are congenial. They do more then they are asked to do. If you don't like it, you can call them right back out too. We had a faucet fixed and it turns out it was a little more complex than they diagnosed and he came back out."

At Florida Solar East, we specialize in giving your family more months to swim in your pool by using the power of the sun to heat your water. Our clients save money on their power bill since they no longer need to use an electric pool heater to heat their water. So, clients can save money, swim longer, and even help the environment! Wow!

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
