"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "This repair went extremely well. Home Sweet Home promptly responded to my inquiry for repair via Angie.com. Sami arrived the next morning, promptly diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part needed to repair the control board in my refrigerator. He then contacted me a few days later when the part arrived, scheduled a quick appointment, and installed the new control board. My refrigerator is up and running and all is now right with the world again. I will definitely hire Sami again for any future repairs and HVAC maintenance issues. Thank you for great service!"
