"The repair team was both friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent results"

"We just finished having our replacement windows installed by Zen Windows! What a great experience. We had 5 windows replaced that were broken. Scott was really professional and easy to work with. The best part is everything was done on the phone and by email. We didn't have to sit through a long, high pressure sales pitch and feel obligated to buy. Instead, I called Zen, Scott returned my call and heard what I wanted to do. I took rough measurements of the windows, then Scott sent me a quote and answered any questions I had. After a quick measurement of our windows by Zen, they were ordered and installed 5 weeks later. The crew was excellent, I hardly knew they were in our house, and very professional-wearing a mask the entire time they were here. Everything went so well, we decided to replace the rest of the windows in our house using Zen, as well as our sliding glass door, based on the quality of window and workmanship displayed by Zen! We were very impressed by the professional, no pressure, business model that Zen Windows used to earn our business. I highly recommend Zen Windows of Washington, DC if you are looking to replace your windows!"

"They were able to expedite my service, which I appreciated. But they did not protect my floors or furniture during the removal of the broken glass. When they pulled out the broken window the left shards of glass all over the couch, floor and planter bed outside with no attempt to clean up after themselves."

"Dave and his team have been phenomenal in terms of keep me up to date about the progress of the repairs. He and his team are willing to inspect the wall over even night hours, holidays and weekends checking out and follow up any unexpected subsequent issues arise after the initial work. The issues were unforeseen by Dave and his team. Dave and his team worked tirelessly and came out with a unique and creative solution to permanently fix the issues. The Company did not even charge for the additional work. I just cannot thank you enough Dave and his team for professionalism and customer dedication and that I am extremely with the experience."

"Price kept changing in up direction as project went on for window repair. Still reasonable though and I’m satisfied with the result."

"Sliding door unable to move for years. Dexter was the only technician that came and was able to repair. He fixed some damaged wood. Change rollers and made a few adjustments. The door felt like new. Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work. I can’t forgot to mention his prices are better than every company I’ve ever had out to my home"

"My husband has been trying to troubleshoot a roof leak for over a year, including two times ripping up dry wall. We finally determined the leak was due to a window but had no idea where the leak was coming from. Ryan from JS Jackson came out to the house, and within 5 minutes (like a super sleuth) determined where the leak was and how to fix it. I highly recommend this company to do home repair work, They are honest and trustworthy.I would use them again."
