"Felipe did a really great job on a really challenging project. It was an old front porch that had been enclosed. He demoed a old, very rough concrete slab and replaced it with new concrete / rebar. He helped correct some frame-slippage that had occured over the years prior to his work. He did a great job with some tiling, and a threshhold between another floor I had done. He installed a prehung door and did all of the trim work on on the interior and exterior of the space. The existing conditions of this space made this all very difficult, but I'm so impressed with the results. Felipe's great because he'll brainstorm and problem solve with you, which is especially important for very old houses where the conditions can be unknown at time of starting. His work is really exceptional. The level of craft he brought to this project was really superb. He's also a cool guy, and fun to work with. At this point, once you consider the work done on this project and other projects he's worked on over the past 2 years for my place, he has nearly completely remodeled my house. From now on, I'll basically only ask to hire Felipe."

How is it an unforeseen problem?. Poor estimating job or bait and switch? Either way, It left us with a bad taste in the mouth..."

"I researched the vendors that our insurance company recommended on Angie's List. They were horrid. Our insurance company did not list TME as a recommended provider but their stellar ratings were unmatched. I actually used the insurance company's recommendations for two companies for the initial flooding repair. The prices were outrageous for the soso work provided. TME stood head and shoulders above the others. They were extremely knowledgeable, responsible, and skilled. They were honest and fair. "Highly recommend Right Image Builders. We had a water leak issue in a unit thatâ s under exterior brick stairs that was allowing rain water in. After a failed attempt by another group that did not fix the issue correctly and made the leak worst, we were pretty traumatized. We interviewed a number of contractors and Iâ m glad we eventually went with Right Image Builders. Vladimir was very thorough in walking me through what the issue was and the work that needed to be done and priced the job competitively. We ended up having to demo the exterior stairs and redo the waterproof barrier. His team worked diligently to keep to the timeframe we discussed. Vladimir was very responsive when I had a question or concern. He was very detailed and inspected work through each phase to ensure it was properly done.
