"Isaac the owner was great. They were always on time and clean up before they left was good too. He fixed an 8 foot window that was leaking and had mold. They went into the wall replaced parts sealed it up on the outside redid paint and stucco then came inside and repaired around window got rid of mold patched got paint to match and it looks like new! They also resealed all my other winds and painted wood trim. Very satisfied with job and as soon as it warms up will ask them to paint my wood trim!"

"Felipe did a really great job on a really challenging project. It was an old front porch that had been enclosed. He demoed a old, very rough concrete slab and replaced it with new concrete / rebar. He helped correct some frame-slippage that had occured over the years prior to his work. He did a great job with some tiling, and a threshhold between another floor I had done. He installed a prehung door and did all of the trim work on on the interior and exterior of the space. The existing conditions of this space made this all very difficult, but I'm so impressed with the results. Felipe's great because he'll brainstorm and problem solve with you, which is especially important for very old houses where the conditions can be unknown at time of starting. His work is really exceptional. The level of craft he brought to this project was really superb. He's also a cool guy, and fun to work with. At this point, once you consider the work done on this project and other projects he's worked on over the past 2 years for my place, he has nearly completely remodeled my house. From now on, I'll basically only ask to hire Felipe."

"We hired RIB for bathroom remodel in our house. Mario was our project manager. As we proceeded with the project, we discovered additional issues with our house that required repair, so we expanded the scope of the project to repair an exterior wall with water damage, apply stucco to the exterior of our entire house, and also replace our existing metal roof with asphalt shingles. The whole project took about 6 month start to end. We are happy with the new beautiful bathrooms, roof and exterior walls built by Mario team. Mario is very responsive to our questions and concerns through out the project. We mainly used Whatsapp to communicate, which is very useful when I didn't have time take phone calls at work. During the main phase of our project, Mario also visited us in person every day, to discuss progress. We appreciate how Mario kept us informed, and also patiently explained many details in remodeling to us, which is important for us when making decisions during our project. There were some period of time where Mario was visiting A foreign country , Even when he was having a time zone difference, he managed to respond to our questions within 24 hours and managed the project remotely. There were some challenges during the project and Mario always made sure that any issues occurred was taken care of. We don't have to worry about mistakes from the construction crew. When testing the shower pan of our new upstairs bathroom, little water leakage occurred and we found that water came out of a light bulb downstairs. Mario had his crew came in about 2 hours , and fixed the water leakage, and also opened the ceiling and walls in the affected areas to ensure that there is no water damage inside before re-sealing them. 2) During the construction of our new roof, the roofer took a misstep and his leg punched a hole in the interior ceiling of our living room. Mario sent his crew to repair our interior ceiling to ensure that the repaired area has the same texture, and repaint"

"Derek fixed my folding laundry room doors.. I thought that they were literally gone. I was prepared to throw them away and buy new ones. "Nope, I can fix this." Derek said. And he did. They work better now than when I initially bought them. Derek is friendly, smart and very knowledgeable. I could not imagine how he was going to fix my plantation shutters.
