"I am very pleased with the work done by Hic builders. Our initial contact was Josef. He came out and gave us a fair price to replace a wood fence, patio cover, and deck. Materials were sourced and brought in without delay despite supply shortages. My dad is a civil engineer and he noted the wood to be of good quality. He and his workers showed up daily, on-time until the project was completed. Every day the work area was left tidy and cleaned up. We live in a townhome. The only access to the backyard is through the front door and living area. His team covered our furniture and flooring. "Used Chris for a refresh on our house several years ago and when we decided to go bigger, reached out to him first. After discussion, decided to go with not only a bigger house, but an ADU and a larger garage this entailed demolishing the existing garage structure stretching the house back 10 feet and adding a second story and building a two-story ADU in our yard. As I imagine with a lot of projects, this large, the city has been difficult to deal with so make sure that you take that into account when doing something like this. We are currently wrapping the ADU and have finished the garage. Looking to move into the ADU to continue the build out of the house.
