"I first called Parker Upholstery to re-do my large outdoor bench cushions that were originally custom made in 2013. It was a difficult task, but Parker Upholstery did a terrific job. They actually had the exact same sun-guard fabric and color! Owner Bobbie recommended an upgraded, less dense foam so moisture will drain better! The end product was even better then the original! On delivery day, I had Bobbie take 4 indoor cushions that needed re-stuffing to regain the original shape and look. No problem, they were promptly returned, good as new. I like that Bobbie does it right the first time!"

Of those three, Rene was most responsive, accommodating and clear in communication.  Rene came to my house to give me a firm quote and was on time and punctual. I ended up having him take the chest the same day for the repair work.  The job was done on time and Rene delivered the chest back to me when the work was complete and was again on time.
