"Very well, he came out last Friday, they were on time. Armin Rios was very thorough, very confident and very clean and he replaced the pipe. We hadn't asked for him to replace the pipe, but he said this pipe needs to be replaced he was very efficient. He installed a garbage disposal and a faucet."

He said sure no problem. He found that the main water line had a leak and water was flowing freely. He advised us of the severity of the leak and presented two options for repair. We opted to go with the complete replacement. Taylor then made a call and was quickly joined by Adam. They both got to work around mid afternoon and had the new water line replaced from the water main up to the house with new house shut off values and irrigation lines installed by staying on the job till around 8 PM, so that we would have water with no inconvenience. I would highly recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing!!! Very professional, friendly quick service. Techs very knowledgeable and willing to help. Job performed as promised and price quoted. We decided we could try that ourselves. He was pretty knowledgeable. I was very happy with the results."

"This was again a deal on Angie's List. This deal was for the replace of outdoor faucet, water heater flush and leakage detection. 
I was confused with the deal and thought its for any faucet. The engineer clearly explained me the issue and provided me work estimate to replace the faucet for the Pool. 
The engineer performed the work. It took him some more time than anticipated. 
I had given a rating of B only because the other two services which I had purchased were not performed to my satisfaction. The technician performed the Water Heater flush but he did not perform any leakage detection for the plumbing.
The cost of the job was just right. 
The  provider is very good to work with. I feel that there is some tendency to reschedule the job when a deal is purchased through Angie's List. This is the second provider who rescheduled twice.
