When the time came, they called to schedule a pickup, came to our house to get the sofa, had it for about a week and a half, and delivered us back a sofa that was better than new. Elaine was great at recommending fabrics (and they have tons of different ones) and guided us to one we love. High quality, practical, made in America and beautiful. The chair is a family heirloom of 60-70 years. Now it is better than ever. And better than anything we saw in furniture stores. It looks and feels great! This was not cheap in any sense. We paid a reasonable price for truly outstanding work. We will have Howard's do our next upholstery job."

"When Rene arrived he started to place the furniture in my house. It looked strange and I realized that if was the wrong fabric. Rene tried to say it was my fault. He wanted to charge the full price. I said and proved it was his mistake. I still ended paying for half of the correct fabric. What was I to do? He had my furniture. They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost.
