I have heard from friends that contractors left them in the lurch for months while sorting things out and waiting for other jobs to be completed. This was definitely not the case. Our entire job from the first phone call to finish was completed in less than three weeks (including our week long trip out of town) by this awesome team. These guys are probably not the cheapest, and if that is your priority please take into consideration the following. Change orders were handled without any drama and two punch list items (microwave installation and cabinet/drawer pulls) were both completed without additional cost. "Outstanding!  Robert showed up on time (I received a 1/2-hour window of between 8:00 and 8:30am and he was right there at 8:15).  Nice to have such a narrow window and not have to wait all day or even a half a day.  Second, he was extremely professional and courteous.  We had cleared our coutertops so he could perform the work and the work was completed in less than an hour.  The countertops were ready to go and only indicated we would want to make sure we soak up any water spillage within a 24 hour period in order to allow the sealer to do its job.
Countertops looked fantastic upon finishing and this is something we will most certainly do on an annual basis if not bi-annual basis, depending on conditions.

"My house is nearly 6000 sq ft. so I always get several estimates before making a decision. Again, I called several companies and Eran was the most thorough in his assessment of what I needed. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"
