"I had a broken piece of stone in my kitchen countertop, right in the front of the sink. There was a vein in the stone that I think water got in and eventually caused a crack. Eran quickly came and quoted the job for me and did the work the next day. He did the job fast and cleanly. The stone repair could have been a little smoother in my opinion, but it is well sealed and the glue matches the stone well and nobody will ever see the repair. While he was there, he re-caulked the entire sink to prevent that kind of crack from happening again. All in all, a great experience."

"Paul Chestnut was our contractor and was awesome from start to finish. He was very concerned about the amount of enclosure our plumber wanted to remove to repair a leaking valve so before work even began he made a point to be here to work with our plumber to ensure the best possible refinish. He was prompt for every day he was here to work. He was exceptionally clean and paid very close attention to detail. His work was outstanding and we would have him back again for any other refinishing work. He was able to match the texture and pattern in the original enclosure exactly. "Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. "They were very prompt with the estimate and with getting the job done. They worked hard and got it all done in about 2 days which was much less time than we were expecting. The quartz installation and sub-top work was all very well done. They were also quite careful with the demolition to avoid damage to adjacent areas. There was some minor plumbing hookup left for me to do at the end, but I had been notified of this up front in the estimate. One recommendation I would have is to use some form of dust collection if possible when cutting the slabs outside. This process produces a lot of fine dust."

"Quality work, attention to detail, reliable and trustworthy!!

I met the provider and owner of Affordable Tile, Ken Keck, through a personal recommendation when I needed my bathroom done after a pipe burst. Ken sent me to a tile and stone place that had a great selection of quality products at a reasonable price. He completely remodeled the shower and tub and did a beautiful job with great attention to detail.

After this project, I called Ken back to update the bathroom counter tops and kitchen floor. Again, the project was completed on time and with beautiful results. He installed a new faucet and when a plumbing issue came of, he masterfully coordinated with my plumber to get the fix needed to move forward. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

I have been HOA President and have worked with hundreds of vendors over the years, and Ken was by far the best. He did the work himself ( and with an assistant), takes pride in his work and is very considerate about cleaning up each day to minimize living through construction.

I plan to call Ken next year to do my kitchen counter top and new sink.

Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. If Enner was unsure of anything he always phoned me to make sure he was on the right path as I was out of state when he started the job. His tile work is stunning and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Enner and the team at Universal Marble, Tile and Granite."

"It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10. 

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."

"The first time I worked with Mark Rezaee, of LA Custom Tile was a few years ago when he re-modeled our master bath bath (taken down to studs) prior to our putting our house up for sale.  Mark's spectacular work was an integral part of getting top dollar for our house!
The most recent job we had LA Custom Tile do was in the Master bath of our BRAND NEW condo complex??.which needed repairs due to the sub-par original construction.  I though it might be too small a job for Mark (and well beneath his talents) to be of interest to him?but...he was only to happy to help us out.  For anyone wanting ANY sort of work on tile - do call LA CUSTOM  TILE? 
Mark is firstly an ARTIST who knows how to maximize the beauty of tile or stone.  
He is on time for appointments or calls to let you know he is going to be even a few minutes late.
He is meticulous.  He cleans up beautifully and takes his trash with him.
He is fair on price. 

I highly recommend him.
