"Jess helped us out with the huge job of replacing the entire sewer main pipe from under our house to the sidewalk given that our old cast iron pipes were corroded and kept getting blocked by roots. This was a 3 day job involving a multiple person team. We went with Jess given that his estimate seemed fair and beat out other competitors. The work ended up being more labor intensive than anticipated, as digging to the city sewer line, which should have taken hours, ended up taking a day and a half due to unseen gnarled roots and cement in the soil. Despite this, Jess and his team worked diligently, showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. They were courteous, professional, and very hard working. "I met Gert when we hired him to replace our Tankless water heater. I was so impressed with is knowledge and concern to make sure the installation was neat and clean. The piping is literally a work of art. We met with Gert and Sergio to discuss the next phase. They removed all the galvanized pipe and installed 3/4" copper with a true hot water recirculating line for Tankless recirculating pump. Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. Gert, Sergio and the whole crew have something you do not see that often anymore. That's integrity and concern for their customer. Also very conscientious of keeping our home clean."
