"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. Both were tricky operations involving the plumbing of an old beach house, and they came up with effective ways of dealing with every issue. But they solved the problems without tearing out any walls, which was great. He was very thorough and explained everything effectively.  They were very good about being neat and following all the proper procedures for removing mold.  We have a statement that further explains they did remove the mold. As long as we follow through with the process, we will not have any mold in the future.
