They cut the slab without supporting it and it collapsed enough to cause our brick fireplace face to have several cracks in it. With all the repairs we had to have done, the asbestos abatement project and replacing all our clothing, betting and some furniture, and with the amount our insurance company shorted us, we lost $43,000 of our retirement savings. "I had to review this company a 2nd time just to give credit to both guys that came out to help. I just bought a house and unfortunately for me the plumbing problems were worse than anticipated. KJ was the first to come out and did a great job for his part. Very professional, very polite, was even kind enough to have consideration for my child being asleep in the next room. Couldn't have asked for a better tech. Had a such a great experience that when a separate issue arose I called them back. Jesse was the 2nd tech. That man is very thorough and determined. He pinned down the root of the problem, explaining every step of the process. No one is happy spending a lot of money on plumbing but he saw to it that I got the best price, there was financing available so that was very helpful. And he stayed until the job was finished. A total of 6 hours, long into the night after sun had set still toiling away in the backyard so I wouldn't be stuck with no toilet. What a class act. Even put booties on his feet to protect my carpet. Truly above and beyond service. "Seth came over to check the job, which was to replace a cartridge in a tub faucet that was dripping. quoted 300 bucks. I paid him He had a hard time getting the old one out, as it was very tight. Anyway, he installed the new one, turned on the water to see if it was ok. No drips when turned off. He seemed to be in a hurry, so he left, not bothering to clean up after the job was done. The next morning I went downstairs to find my basement flooded, with a water leak coming from the bathroom where the work was done. I called him, he came over and told me ( without even looking at the problem ) the the shower valve " probably and broke from the water pressure after replacing the cartridge.. he told me it would be 1300 bucks to repair. He left, after capping off the water lines to the tub. He never contacted me after that. Basement was flooded, the bedroom upstairs had soaked carpet. Contractor I hired showed me damage was done during installation of the cartridge. "
