"Rich, Jeff, and the crew were tremendous. They took our basement from an unusable space to a luxury retreat. They were able to configure a full bathroom, separate laundry room, rec/living area, and even added a LEGO room for our 3 kids with only a limited amount of sq ft to work with. All the office people worked well with us when the Covid-19 struck. But a HUGE THANK YOU to the installers Dave and his son Bailey. It took them 5 days to do the job. I have never seen a more METICULOUS, ORGANIZED, ATTENTION TO DETAIL pair in my life. I was apprehensive at first because of the scope of the job. But after a couple of hours, I knew I was in good hands, Dave and Bailey. I could list about 100 more positive examples of their work but Joyce Factory Direct should be THANKFUL to have them. The end result was utterly amazing. A new shower + sink. Along with a complete tear out of the bathroom walls. I almost do not want to use them they look too nice to disturb.
