"The labor cost was 34000.00 and we spent another 29000.00 on quality materials.  Eddie Sanford is the owner and he came to our home and gave us an estimate which was highest of the 3, but we decided to go with him because it appeared he would do a quality job. That is exactly what we got.  It was worth the price.  Kevin was the guy who did most of the work and Ben was around a lot to supervise and help when needed.  They were all very punctual and cleaned up the area when they got done. They did their best to accommodate us so our routines would not be interrupted, as they started work in October and finished in January.  They did a lot of little  things you would not expect, such as putting all new hoses on the washing machine as they had to move it to install the tile floor.  They even put a plastic tie on the water waste hose to insure it didn't accidentally  become dislodged.  They were very responsive to any questions or requests we had. <br /> After the work was done, they have come back whenever we found something needed adjusting or fixed.  Overall I am absolutely happy with my new baths as is my husband and with the job Eddie and his crew have done.  I highly recommend them. <br />"

"Doug came out to our house and was a stellar salesman and he’s the reason I’m writing this review. He demonstrated thoroughly how superior their countertops are compared to others and provided many samples and had many more in his car. He took time to listen to us and help us decide what would look the best. The problem came with the cost-not his fault. The quote given to us was over 2.5x higher then Lowe’s, Home Depot, and two other granite supply companies in Knoxville. While Doug said he could try to work with us on the price we were just way too far apart. While they do have a superior product and it is worth more than traditional granite...it’s not worth that much more. Go with Doug and this company if you can afford it; they seem like they have great customer service."
