I have lived in my home for 25 years and have remodeled and worked with other contractors so I have a pretty good foundation of how to plan my project, my vision and what I expect. Jason was incredibly helpful in the beginning when I showed him my plans and made suggestions that I would never have thought of. He actually picked out fixtures and the materials with me! His team is hardworking, professional and kind. I will be working with Jason in the future on additional updates and wish I found him before now because I had to ask him to re-do some of the work that was done by others. "We hire this so called ?pro? Lance Ray back in August to built a deck , he disappeared on us and it?s almost mid December and we have been trying to get in touch with him with no luck . We don?t want to press charges , we want for him to bring the materials we already paid for as we have hired someone else to finish the job and to our dismay found out that this so called ?pro? never filed for a permit with the city and that the wood was never treated I have no idea the people that has given him good reviews if they are real or like a neighbor told us , maybe they are relatives Anyhow we are ready to go to the city and put a complaint as he can?t get away with this . See how he left the project ( picture attached ) , this is a guy that did one year of community college . Our bad for not doing more research on him Update as of 01/05/2026 I?m updating my previous review. At the beginning of the project, we experienced significant communication issues and the job was left unfinished for a period of time, which was very frustrating and led me to post a negative review. After that, communication resumed, he returned, and the original project was completed to our satisfaction. The quality of the finished work met our expectations. Because the project was ultimately resolved and completed well, we decided to hire him again for an additional project. I feel it?s important to share the full experience so others can make an informed decision. Below find pictures of the finished job!"

"I hired the Restoration Guild (as HOA president and individual owner of units )to complete the demo and restoration of a nine unit apartment complex that was engulfed by a large fire. This job was quite complex as there were multiple owners and the HOA common space to deal with. Everyone that came on site from the Restoration Guild was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. Mr. Tenney helped us to navigate the complex web of the multiple insurance claims ( different companies for the individual owners and the HOA. ) and permitting that came along with his project. Not only was the final project beautifully completed in a timely fashion. I do not believe that we would’ve been able to complete this project with cooperation from the insurance company without the help and competency from the Restoration Guild. ( Through multiple meetings and immense documentation, The Restoration Guild was able to compel the insurance company to pay over 10x their original offer of compensation ) I would not hesitate to hire them for any construction work, namely, because of their: integrity, competency, and the quality of their work"

"We have done a couple of projects with Victor and Arise Constructions. The first project was a significant remodel of the downstairs bathroom including relocating the laundry to the basement. With the mother-in-law moving in with us we had to ensure the bathroom was ADA compliant. Victor was great with suggestions on how to get the various handles installed and secure. Victor showed his patience when we went granite shopping. It was one of those youâ ll know it when you see it excursions. Victorâ s team was great about coming in and getting things done. Any issues that arose were explained clearly. The second project was a handicap ramp to allow my mother-in-law easy access to the house. We were meeting to discuss the project when Victorâ s crew saw my mother-in-law struggling to get out the door. They told Victor we needed to get this project complete as soon as possible and worked through their weekend to completion. Victorâ s suggestions gave us an aesthetically pleasing ramp on the front of our house. Throughout both projects, whether by phone or in person, Victor was very good at keeping in communication. He would regularly stop by to check on progress and address any concerns that arose. Sharing our excitement as the project moved along, he would have good suggestions when the original plan had to be adjusted. We highly recommend Arise Constructions for any remodeling projects."
