They did forget to hook my closet door up. A bit fustrating but I also didn't notice. But they took the time to clean the floors than lay new padfing than carpet. "Wagner Floors is, without exaggeration, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies we?ve ever dealt with. We had them come out after a flood to replace our carpet. They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? "Flooring was installed in a room which was previously carpeted, and adjacent to a hardwood floor. I was told that it would be difficult to match the existing floor but the team did a great job and the small difference in color is barely noticeable. Dan and Pat did a great job."
