"These people did an amazing job! Being the guy that I am my house definitely needed some new ideas. I have no clue about interior design, but working with them quickly put me at ease. So if you're looking for a company to guide you in the right direction and create something just for you, go with this interior design company!"

"Incredible eye for detail - fresh and innovative! Amazing ability to create inspirational design by combining various design styles. Brexton Cole is the crème de la crème of interior design services!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Easy to follow directions. They arrived sooner than I expected and they fit perfectly. My table has an intricate design at both ends and 2 leaves. Everything was perfect and the quality was great."

"Chose KBR because of the similarity between our condo renovation and projects they had done in the past. Presented design ideas to their designer, Sim, and found him to be very receptive and accommodating. He was able to provide excellent ideas and presented them in 3D so my wife could comprehend the concepts (versus straight line/construction drawings). He was very patient with requested changes and provided wonderful alternatives to match our design preferences. Construction team, led by construction manager Firuz and dedicated on-site construction lead technician Isaac, was outstanding. Having construction experience myself with multiple renovation projects, this crew was best ever. Never had one who shared such attention to detail and professionalism as did the KBR team. Every day, they cleaned up and left the job site immaculate. Showed respect for our space as if it were their own. Completed project on-time and within budget as promised. Highly recommend the KBR team and would rehire them in a minute!"

"It went great. Would hire again. I worked with John who, I am told, is one of their two low voltage experts. Every single electrician that priced out this job put it around $5000-6000. My budget was $2k. I was able to reduce the labor requirement by being John's assistant/helper throughout the day, and also performing much of the cable routing / investigation / planning / mapping / etc. work on my own. This brought the end price down to about $2k. This was not a quoted price, but the final amount I paid for the number of hours that John worked on this project. The hourly rate was competitive. Oh - and also I told John not to terminate any of the cables. Given enough time, any monkey such as myself can terminate cables, but I wanted an expert with the right experience and tools to fish through the finished areas without destroying my recently painted drywall. John, the electrician I worked with over two days, had lots of experience routing low voltage (and high voltage) lines through finished spaces in creative ways. In the end, we were able to do all 23 drops with a very, very, small number of holes. Very happy with the results. Would definitely be happy to work with this company again in the future."

"Todd and his team remodeled 2 full bathrooms for my wife and I. Beat timeline by 1 week, came in as well priced as anybody, and a truly professional team from pricing to design to finish. Highly recommended. - Norris Fam"

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"This was a complicated project. There were 8 units that needed fully remodeled simultaneously. This project also included carpeting multiple common area corridors. DMV Home Design handled all aspects of the project including demo, design, drywall, flooring, painting, kitchen layout and design, framing and all types of finishes. They are priced competitively and stand behind their work. They are very dependable, and I would use them again for sure. They also handled parquet floors for me on another project and did beautiful work."
