"The office called me within 10 minutes of adding my request on Angi. There were able to come out same day and fix our drain. They also provided me with free plumbing inspection of the rest of the home. Zach was very profession and easy to work with. I would use them again."

"Our kitchen faucet was leaking all over the counter and underneath the sink. A technician from Crown Plumber was able to come out the same day and install a new faucet that we purchased from Home Depot. The technician was on time, professional, and helped determine that there were not other plumbing issues."

"The plumber (Mr. Vinh) arrived on location, looked at the area and gave estimate. Replaced two exterior faucets, had all tools and supplies to complete the job. The faucets was ripped out of the side of the house by family pet, 250 lbs. English Mastiff. Faucets were replaced and re-enforced and secured to ensure the problem will not happen again."

"The restoration on the two wooden chairs was excellent.  I could not find any trace of the previous badly done repair.  Mr. Delgado managed to undo the splintered condition.  All scuffs were removed, the supports were fixed and the finish was matched perfectly.  The upholstery job on the cushions was less satisfactory.  Apparently Mr. Delgado farmed this work out to someone else who did not have such skill.  The cushions were notched so that added to the difficulty of sewing a cover, but the piping was uneven, there was some puckering in the corners of the seat piece, it appeared that something like a bit of glue got on the fabric,  and the zipper folds were uneven.  The upholsterer did not have sufficient skill.  The covers are good enough for the time being and no one will notice except me, but I will have another contractor do the cushions if they eventually need to be redone.

"Scheduling went smoothly. Shared the list of tasks couple of days in advance. Priority wise fixing pipe leak coming out of water heater was the main thing and shared the picture of it along with the task list. Handymen came on time and told me that he would not be able to fix the water heater pipe leak but he will try. I would have appreciated a response in advance when I shared the picture of water leak and task list with the person. They did good job on light replacement, caulking and toilet flush repair. One task was to fix the kitchen faucet pull out feature which was not working since I got it installed last time. Handyman tried to fix it and then told me that it is better to get a new one rather than fixing the existing one. He put it back and today morning I noticed that there was a small water leak from the faucet water hose which I fixed today myself by installing a new faucet. Good to use their service if you have simple tasks. Another thing is that it is better to get an advanced acknowledgement on your tasks list before the team shows up for actual work."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Loveville, MD

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
