"Stuart came out after hours to look at a stand alone freezer we have that was not cooling and food was starting to become unthawed. He was very thorough, spent time explaining to me what the problem was and had the part needed to ensure the problem did not happen again. While at my house, he took the time to look at two other appliances that were having minor issues, took the details needed to order the parts to make them 100% again and will be calling me when the parts arrive.
