"It went well. They are being professional in their follow-up as they are trying to have us install an expensive basement drainage/pumping system. We haven't decided yet, as it will be part of our basement gut/rehab project."

"I knew that I needed waterproofing for the front of my basement as water would sometimes leak in during very heavy rain. After the work began, it was discovered that the entire perimeter of the basement needed the drainage system replace. This meant almost 4 times as much footage needed to be worked on, yet the cost was a little over double, not 4 times as much. I was very relieved when I was given that revised estimate. The work looks to be high quality, but I especially like that the work is guaranteed for the life of the home, even after I sell it."

"They did a fantastic job! We have had driving rain since the installation and our basement is bone dry. They came on time, were very polite and I'm very happy with the fast train system they installed."

"Tom reached out to me right away to discuss a crack in my foundation that I was worried about, especially as a new homeowner. After determining that the crack was common and not a huge concern, he walked me through the steps I can take to address the crack on my own. Tom was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will definitely be reaching out to him for any future work!"

"I hired Stonecare Paving and Masonry to do some repairs on the concrete foundation on my home. They did a great job I was very happy with the work. Very professional company they kept us updated throughout the whole process. Everything was done in a professional manner. Definitely deserve five stars."

"Eddie did a fantastic job. He was able to come earlier, which helped me out. He explained what he was doing and got to work. One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if we need to."

"Great! Richard had a cancellation and asked if he could come in that time slot. We were delighted. He was prompt. Richard is knowledgeable, explained everything he was going to do, was very professional and friendly. He worked both inside and outside. The job looks very solid. Our realtor came over a few days later ( we are selling our house in the spring) and was very impressed with the workmanship. I would highly recommend Jackson Foundation Repair."

"Scott came to my house shortly after calling and he provided an interesting recommendation to provide a repair and use blue mist granite treads along top of stoop and step. The finished stoop looks amazing and improved the appearance of our front entrance."

"Steve came out promptly and gave estimates which we reasonable. His work is excellent and his manner is professional. We will continue to use his company for our excavating and foundation work."

"I am very happy with the work that was done on my basement. Ray took the time to explain everything about the system in great detail to ensure I had a good understanding. The system looks great, can't wait to see it in action! I'm so grateful to not have to worry about water in my basement anymore. Also, the crew was very professional and left everything clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you RC Landscaping & Drainage!!"
