Little extras, like joist tape and framing promise to make my deck last long beyond its expected lifetime. "OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

"Let me begin by saying, Nate, the project manager was terrific. Had a lot of *correcting* mistakes that were made. As far as the team leader that started the project, he was fired after 2 weeks on the job. Nice guy, just should not have been the lead due to inexperience. End result was very nice, but not without a lot of re-doing things. Sorry to say, I would not recommend using them with friends or family."
