Mr. Sparky had a representative show up within 48 hours of my inquiry, and they were able to give me a quote and completed the repair on the same day! The installer, Alexander Sandoval was not only knowledgeable in the issue I was having repaired, but in other inquiries I had as well...including eventually upgrading my current wiring and cosmetic lighting inquiries. He was professional, helpful, and courteous...something that can be a rarity in this day and age. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical needs. They will be my "go to" electrical servicer going forward."

He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number.
