"Run! Run! Run! The worst company I have ever dealt with. Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely horrific experience with these guys to install a front door. Unfortunate because they did our windows previously and that went well. But the door... it has been 1 and 1/2 years (January 2024) since we signed the paperwork for the door and they never finished it! They installed the door about 4 months after placing the deposit, never calked the molding after putting it back on the wall, level nails sticking out, did not add the smart lock that was in the contract, installed the incorrect threshold..... you get the idea. Over several months we were able to get them to come and fix the nails and molding. They led us on for months about the other fixes with never coming back to actually do them. Then they demanded we make our balance payment PRIOR to them coming back and finishing the work.
