"Landmark Uses Disreputable Contractors ? AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

"This place is a joke. We spent over 1000.00 dollars getting this company to install a garage fire opener, and after 30 days the garage door is bouncing and nearing coming off the track. We then called into the office and the office lady is rude to say the least to us about coming out to fix it. Of course they come out and they can do nothing but send a welder. As you know it he no shows on Monday. We then callback Thursday and supposed to get a call right back from the rude lady that answers the phone. Never get a call back and no one shows up. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company."
