When they accidentally broke a lightbulb, Mike ran out to buy and replace it. We didn't ask her to, they just did it. They use all their own equipment and products. She says she doesn't do windows but always cleans the front glass door without me asking. (For an extra charge, they are happy to do windows which I will have them do at some point.) She always washes and drys the small rugs in the bathrooms. They move and clean behind furniture. They always clean kitchen and bathroom counters removing any dust from the wood work. They even brush and vacuum the dog's bed."
