"What I liked in addition to their workmanship, which was outstanding is that they had an office I could go to instead of communication on the phone or waiting on someone to get to my home. I liked that all expenses, materials, everything regarding the work was written down in a contract and thoroughly and explained to me, there were no surprises with any additional costs, etc. They were very thorough when prepping for the job in that they did all repairs and touch ups prior to beginnig. They used high quality materials when replacing the Fascia boards. The amount of time they stated it would take to complete the work was 8 days and they were spot on. She said they had a problem with the machine that made the locking mechanism work. The problem had been corrected and they would send me another. I did not have to return the defective one. They were highly professional and made me feel like I mattered to them. I am highly satisfied. The new one is perfect. They offered a good selection of finishes for the top and color for the bottom of the pads. The new pad was carefully packaged and arrived in terrific condition. "This project could not have gone any smoother.  I contacted three highly rated painting contractors from Angie's List.  Three Star Painting was the last contractor I called but Marty was the first one to respond. He has extensive knowledgeable of Dunn Edwards products and assisted me in selecting final colors. His proposal was inline with the others and his estimated project duration of four days was precise.  A two-man crew arrived at 8:00 am each day and worked until 5:30 pm.  The craftsmanship and attention-to-detail stood out for the entire project. Everything was masked off and properly prepped before final coats were applied.
