I offer more than just repair services to your home. I offer peace of mind. If and when you hire me, you hire with the confidence that you will be treated honestly and fairly. I don't take on jobs that I have no business doing. I treat my customers with the respect that they're owed. I show up when I say I'm going to and I follow through with my commitments. I keep a meticulously clean work area and I'm willing to work around any needs of my customers. My passion is working on people's homes. I know it means a lot and it takes a lot to invite someone you don't know into your home. It takes even more to offer them your hard earned money in hopes that they respect your home the way it should be respected. My goal for every project is to give my customers the best contractor experience they've ever had. Your home is sacred to you, which makes it sacred to me. Every project I take part in is more than just a job. It's a relationship and an experience. With me, your home is in good hands.

"Showed up on time, and though it was raining, fixed leak quickly and I believe charged a reasonable and fair price. Have used Fortune Plumbing in the past and consider them my "go to" plumbing company."

"Repaired shower handle and cartridge"

"I wish there was the ability to put a 5+ star rating. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend J&L flooring. Alex and his Team were extremely professional, his price was very fair, and the work was exceptional. Alex tiled two bedrooms with wood-look plank ceramic tile, and also did some additional woodwork. It looks great. He listened to what I wanted and offered his professional advice -which I appreciated. He made a point of cleaning up each day, so I could easily work around him. I cannot wait to use him again for many other types of jobs because I know he will do great work. My advise…hire him."

"It seems so rare these days to find a company that does what they say, but Floors Sag or Shake is one of those companies. During the inspection process when looking to buy a 1935 farmhouse, Eddie provided a detailed estimate and explanation of what needed to be done to make the foundation secure. They were willing and able to make repairs that two of the larger foundation repair companies said they wouldn't do after looking at the foundation. When we decided to go ahead with buying the house and chose Floors Sag or Shake for the repairs, I told Eddie that we'd be in touch after closing. He called the morning of our closing to see if we were ready to start repairs. They started when they said they would, did they work they outlined in the contract, finished when they promised and charged the amount in the contract. This seems to be such a simple, successful business model, but is so rare to actually experience as a customer. The crew were professional, respectful and generally likable guys. The supervisor came out on a Saturday to repair a leaking pipe in the crawl space, even though they weren't completely certain that they caused the leak. Floors Sag or Shake was also responsive after the project. A few of the footings still had the wooden forms attached and the vapor barrier had shifted a bit. The crew came back out and quickly took care of both issues.

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"Donnie was great. He went above and beyond, took on an extra repair of a rotting hand rail that was on my front porch. He's highly responsive, communicates well every step if the way. Book his services with confidence. I would hire again."

"Wonderful! He changed out 3 fixtures and added a plug. Would highly recommend!"

"Bathtub leak assessment and repair"

"Choice Home Warranty responded quickly with setting up the appointment for repair. All-Boro Plumbing & Sewer responded to the residence and made the quick replacement of the garbage disposal. Highly recommend Choice Home Warranty and All-Boro Plumbing & Sewer if you reside in the Johnston/Wake County area."
