"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."

The workers showed up and dropped off a trailer at my house. The supplies also arrived on the same day. The next morning the crew arrived and had stripped all of the old shingles off with a few hours. They replaced some of the wood that was damaged from the leaks on my roof. The crew that showed up was very professional and proficient. The crew were cleaning up while they were working. By the end of the first day my new roof was almost completed. The business owners Brian and Sarah showed up during the afternoon to check on the progress of the crew and asked me if everything was going okay.

The crew showed up again the next morning and was finished with the job by lunch time. Atlantic Coastal had replaced several roofs in my neighborhood. "My roof had a leak that dripped through the walls of my stairwell to my first floor.  I was expecting to pay thousands for a roof replacement.  When the Cobalt guy investigated, he said he could just seal the leak for about $75.  I was elated!
The repair was awesome.  He said the repair would sometime next week.  I didn't even know the repair had been done until I received a text letting me know they were finished.  It would be so great if we could trust everyone to do the job quickly and easily, like the Cobalt guys.
