"Damien made time for me on short notice. When he arrived I described the issue and he was quick to correctly diagnose the cause. He had to replace a heating coil in my electirc water heater. During the course of the repair he noted that the drain valve was not working properly. He replaced that as well. Before he left he drained and flushed the tank. All is working well. I'd recommend Damian for this type of service. Damian was delayed because of an earlier appointment where materials had not arrived on time. He worked later that normal working hours to make sure my problems were taken care of. I cetainly appreciated his efforts and that he kept me informed of his arrival time. He did not have to extend his day to the extent he did, but rather than re-schedule me, he completed my job as promised."

He was delaying at first but given the traffic and there was a lot of fog and he did message me he was on his way. "Bath tub drain was cleared and demonstrated by flushing water to view where drain was cleared. Shower drain was not cleared by Eddie since he demonstrated that this was the way it drains. He pointed out that the drain screen was not screwed in but grouted on and does not want to remove and break the integrity of the structure."
