Even suggested that perhaps the floors were in good enough shape not to refinish them (and do just the repairs). We did however go ahead with refinishing the floors (approx 850 sq feet)  in addition to the repairs. The floors look great.

"The first thing I liked overall was that estimate I got was itemized.  The bad thing was that the first estimate included some things that I did not want done.  I called the owner and we went over the items and got it all straightened out.  The work was started and finished on time.  The work crew was punctual and courteous.  All construction materials were taken away and the area was left clean."
