"When I contacted JPZ Contracting about my shower stall project, Joe Zajaczkowski immediately responded and came to the house immediately to assess my problem and furnish me with an estimate to do the project. He understood my concerns and came up with a plan to solve my problems. He placed my project as his first priority when he knew I had a slow drip from the water pipes which was causing me some minor flooding. He found the leaking pipe very quickly and reworked the plumbing. He then rebuilt my shower stall by replacing a vinyl shower base with a ceramic tile base. He reworked the existing shower faucets. He bought new tile which matched the existing tile and he used it to artistically rebuild my shower stall, the shower seat and the new ceramic tiled shower floor. His workmanship was outstanding on every leg of the project. He left the work area clean each day by outstanding daily clean-ups. I was very satisfied and pleased with his high quality work and I gained faith in Joe Zataczkowski that he would finish the project to my complete satisfaction."

"We selected American Kitchen Concepts after checking out several other companies. Dan, owner of the company, is also the designer. At other companies we felt that salesman / designer was just going through the motions and cranked out a cookie cutter, unimaginative design. Dan spends time to learn what you want and developed a design that was far superior and more aesthetically pleasing to those from other companies. After we signed the contract, we had second thoughts about our backsplash tile choice and decided not to extend the new flooring into our family room. Dan was very reasonable with his change order. Once the work started, their tradesmen were on site every weekday from demo to a new, functional kitchen. Dan and his installation team do a very good job of keeping the project moving. It would have finished on time, but the cabinet manufacturer shipped one cabinet 3” narrower than Dan ordered. Dan worked with the manufacturer to have the replacement cabinet expedited and it is due to arrive about a week after the other work was completed. The tradesmen are highly skilled and courteous. It was a comforting to have tradesmen in your house that you could trust. The final product is exactly as we had envisioned!"

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"We had a quote of about $11,000 and we were told that if we paint it ourselves, she would reduce the price by $800 which is what happened. We painted it ourselves. They had an expensive work. Everything had to be done. They had to gut a cabinet which was installed in the wall. We had to completely put a new wall. They had to take out the old vanity, old mirror, old toilet, and they had to redo the floor. They did the floor, the walls, and they put a cabinet. The area with the vanity fit was so odd that they did a custom design and it was beautiful and magnificent. It was the color of mahogany, some wood with a granite top and they had paid attention to all of our details, all that we really wanted on our wish list. They did everything we asked for and they did it in a timely manner. It's a family-owned and operated business so we had a husband, a father and a son all working all of the heavy stuff. Karen would ordinarily does the painting but I did it. What they did was the wall was a real problem because there was a sticky wallpaper on it which had to be fold and sprayed and it was a total nightmare. What the husband did was he put some stuff on the walls and they get nice and smooth, to get rid of all the bumps and scratches and dents. That was much easier than putting drywall in. He did a prep job for me so it was easy to paint and he didn't charge me for that. We got new lights, new fan, and we had to have a new bifold door put on because the door took up the whole room. If you open the door, if you're sitting on the toilet it would bump your knees so it was a silly design. They came up with a very creative idea of using a bifold door and they installed us for us. They did a magnificent, professional job. It was wonderful doing business with them. They did with a great sense of humor and paid very careful attention to what we really wanted. I love doing business with them. When we're going to have our other bathroom done next year, I'll definitely going to call them. I would highly recommend them."

"I used Ruxton Design and Build to remodel my condo kitchen and breakfast nook. During the initial appointment I went over what I was looking to have done and the possible color schemes that I wanted to include. The design was very nice and there even included a bench seating area made out of cabinets for my breakfast nook. It was a great utilization of space. I picked out my cabinets and most of my selections from the showroom, including my backsplash tile, flooring, handles, and knobs. It made things very easy. "Once again, AMS Home Remodeling, Frank, was able to clean up my mess.  After ordering a closet organizer unit online. I made the mistake of hiring another company to install the units - 3 total (2 reach in and 1 master).  This original company did not know what they were doing and caused me nothing but more problems (i.e. holes in walls, damaged pieces from closet unit that needed to be replaced, etc).  Frank was able to make time in his all ready busy schedule to come out to take a look at the mess.  He was able to get me into the schedule and complete the install and all repairs from previous contractors by the end of the week.  Frank and his crew (Bruno plus 1) did more than an outstanding job.  Final product is amazing.  I have used AMS Home Remodeling for a complete makeover in my home and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an honest dependable contractor.  I absolutely LOVE these guys.
