Kelvin is a true professional who made sure he understood what my needs were before he quoted me a price and agreed to the work. They arrived on time and Gilmer began work immediately. The removal of the old garage parts and accessories went smoothly and Gilmer explained everything he was doing and provided information on what went wrong with the old garage system. As he went to install the new garage system he also walked me through what he was installing and how it's all connected to the system. I felt comfortable with the entire process.
