"Paid for grout cleaning. After “work” was done my grout lines came out darker than before (grout lines were white originally). Technician said that’s how they do it. He would have to charge me extra to make it lighter! I’ve been had, no doubt, but this is the last I’ll ever have to do with this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND (Second picture shows original grout line in pantry- only part of my floor he didn’t touch. You can see a clear difference between the original grout and what the “expert” did).
