We set an appointment for them to come and give me a free estimate on the work that needed to be done. Roger from Black Ops Plumbing came out and looked at ever thing under my home. He said that it was all good and the smell i was getting in the house is from a previous leak before we bought our home. He said seal the holes from pipes going through the floor and that did stop the smell. so no work to be done but a good honest assessment of the system. They did not charge me for the inspection. "Our faucet replacement required plumber assistance due to frozen hot water shut-off which we were unable to remedy ourselves. Maurice replaced the hot water valve and then installed our new faucet with escutcheon plate and drain that we supplied and replaced the drain connection to new drain tailpiece. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no fuss or mess. The repair and installation are quite satisfactory though it does seem that the project was rather costly especially for work we would have done ourselves but for the inability to replace the supply valve. Despite the expense, we would consider Cass for additional plumbing requirements should they become necessary."

Then Zach came, located the leak and replaced the water pipe serving my house. Unfortnately, The meter showed a continuing leak. James crawled under my house and found an unknown second leak.
