"I had an excellent experience with your plumber David Yates in early November of 2025, so I called your office April 29th 2026 to request his services to complete work begun April 2nd with Invoice 157850535 by another of your plumbers, Anthony Greene. May 1st, via Invoice 159573769, David completed the repair and replacement of my Hall bathroom's Tub/Shower handles with installation of Gerber extension kit picked up from Hydrologic; David also picked up new sleeves and after discussions with Bucks staff, cut extensions and chrome sleeves to size, then installed handles and tested; working properly at this time, then installed owner supplied handheld shower and tested; no leaks. I am overjoyed with David's excellent work, professionalism and kind demeanor. I plan to ask for David Yates for all of my The Clean Plumber services in the future. Thank you, Robert Boileau"

"Our faucet replacement required plumber assistance due to frozen hot water shut-off which we were unable to remedy ourselves. Maurice replaced the hot water valve and then installed our new faucet with escutcheon plate and drain that we supplied and replaced the drain connection to new drain tailpiece. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no fuss or mess. The repair and installation are quite satisfactory though it does seem that the project was rather costly especially for work we would have done ourselves but for the inability to replace the supply valve. Despite the expense, we would consider Cass for additional plumbing requirements should they become necessary."

"After unsuccessfully hiring 'root-based' issue, Elite was able to 1) identify the true cause of the issue which was actually caused by Verizon's excavation of our frontage/sewer asccess, completely cutting through our sewer pipe to the sub system, and 2) managed to dig through our access sewer portal to release the unbelievably horrid build-up that resulted from 2 weeks of this nightmare. "joshua arrived when he said he would, looked at the problem - toilet wax seal, told me what caused the problem and how he would repair it. he also looked in a couple of other places just to make sure water wasn't dripping down the supply line thus creating the impression that it was the wax seal when in fact it might have been elsewhere. he then went out and got his tools and materials needed for the wax seal repair and even changed the bolts which anchor the toilet to the floor. within 30 minutes he was done. he was focused, thorough and very knowledgeable from what i could see. i plan on asking for him when i have my yearly plumbing service performed. i used to perform most of the household repairs myself, but not having the flexibility that i once had and quite frankly the desire, i look for people in the trades that i can trust, know what they're doing and make the repair to my satisfaction."

We set an appointment for them to come and give me a free estimate on the work that needed to be done. Roger from Black Ops Plumbing came out and looked at ever thing under my home. He said that it was all good and the smell i was getting in the house is from a previous leak before we bought our home. He said seal the holes from pipes going through the floor and that did stop the smell. so no work to be done but a good honest assessment of the system. They did not charge me for the inspection. Thank You all at Black Ops Plumbing for being honest and reliable. You guys' Rock!"
