They did a superbly thorough job on both smooth surfaces like white vinyl siding and rough surfaces like decks and roofs. Although the other quote I received was materially less, I was impressed that the Gulf2Bay owner visited the property beforehand and explained everything that would be done and also explained the superiority of the "softwash" method in terms of protecting surfaces and longevity of results. "John and his staff are the ultimate professionals! I previously had a sun-room built on top of a deck. The sun-room was falling apart and frankly was a safety hazard. John came in and demolished the sun-room as per my request. He then tore up the old splintering deck and replaced it with a beautiful new one. As I have a dog, I needed fencing all around. The fencing was beautiful and I'm sure added tremendous value to my house. He did all of this in three days and cleaned up and carted away everything.
