"We used Hugo and Polanco Brothers last April for a Spring Cleanup, and we were in desperate need for one this season, but had to wait until June to get it done. We called him to return to do the job again and we have to say he continues to provide the Best Landscape Maintenance Experience Imaginable. There was a tree that needed to be removed this time, as well as a major clean up and lawn care in the front and back yards. They worked non stop for three hours and made the property look as if we had just moved in. An INCREDIBLE job. They were completely professional, prompt, and thorough. They did little things we didn't even ask for, like move our firewood pile, remove all debris, and make everything so neat and clean, it was stunning. And this, all for exactly the price that was quoted in the estimate. WHICH WAS INCREDIBLY LOW for the amount of work. The value / cost ratio was first rate. You don't get this kind of friendly and expert service for this kind of price. Never once did he try to up sell us, or suggest something that we hadn't asked for. We will NEVER use anyone else. They are absolutely the best at what they do. You CANNOT do wrong if you choose Hugo and The Polanco Brothers."

"Brian first came by one evening to do the power washing. He was done in an hour. Then, he came by with a fellow worker to fill some holes in our deck with some wood filler and to sand the deck. Then, the third day he came by with his sister to stain the deck. He wore a mask every time he spoke with my husband and I and kept a six foot distance. He was excellent at communicating with me. "The crew was friendly and professional and washed the house, fence, two sheds, deck and walkways, and brightened up the entire property. They did a superbly thorough job on both smooth surfaces like white vinyl siding and rough surfaces like decks and roofs. Although the other quote I received was materially less, I was impressed that the Gulf2Bay owner visited the property beforehand and explained everything that would be done and also explained the superiority of the "softwash" method in terms of protecting surfaces and longevity of results. Our house was double the size that was offered in the deal but he was kind enough to send us another price and he was really nice about it and accommodating. He could have charged us twice the price and he didn't he just gave us another special deal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. (10/14/2016) UPDATE Bob had offered a special deal through Angie's List to clean and scrub the roof . He said due to our home supposedly being larger then that deal offered, we would have to pay him extra for that but he would still give us a break on the total. He cleaned the roof, but it was still dirty. Bob said to wait for it to rain and it will clean the rest that was left, so we did. After the rain it still looked horrible. We reached out to him and requested he redo the job. He said he would and since then many call have been made to him with no response. We definitely are not happy with his lack of response to us especially after he had gone out of his way to make sure the house was completely clean."
