No water could get to the plants, consequently, we had to dig out the concreted soil and take to the dump. Now have to add more top soil. The gravel which was removed from the newly concreted area was spread out over the existing gravel drive but was not leveled or made smooth. Now the driveway is bumpy and we may have to have heavy equipment smooth it out again."
