"Jan Fence rep came promptly to give an estimate, which was actually the best of three estimates. They had pretty awesome recommendations and were busy so we scheduled with them, put down a 1/3 deposit, and were very happy with the work they did. The crew was very conscientious removing the old fence and didn't make a mess, then installed the new fence in basically a day with a quick stop the following day to install the gate and post caps. 165 feet of fence installed with removal of the old for about $7,300 was a good price--especially considering they careful way it was done. I would recommend them to anyone."

Their price was fair (in the middle) of other estimates I got and the work was excellent. The work was done (about 75 feet of vinyl privacy fence) in half a day. There were several factors I was concerned about the installation as the area contained a very old fence and some overgrown uneven land, but the crew handled it easily and professionally removing all the debris the same day. "Hired them to do a concrete driveway (two and half cars wide from two cars wide) and a step up to front/side porch concrete underneath, with pavers on top. I had a blacktop driveway, concreate walkway, grass and 4 large bushes that needed to be removed before any work can be done. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!"

"The pet enclosure is adequate (not beautiful), but it serves the purpose of keeping my pets safe while allowing them to enjoy being outside. The doors are just what I wanted,and the roof repairs are fine. <br /> The problems arose with the driveway. The concrete is rough, and now there is a hairline crack from one side to the other. The workers did a lot of damage to my lawn by getting concrete dust all over it, and they burned sections of grass by leaving their tools on the lawn in the hot sun. <br /> I have a brick wall around my lawn, and the bricks are covered with concrete. I tried to clean the bricks, but I was unable to get the concrete off. I called Hector about the lawn and the bricks. He came to my house to assess the damage, and he promised to return with some sod to repair the grass. He also said he would send someone to clean the concrete off of the bricks. It has been almost a month, and I have not heard from him. <br /> I had high hopes for this company. I even recommended them to some of my friends. I found that Hector was very responsive before I paid him, but now that there are issues that need to be corrected he is no where to be found. I actually have other projects to be done, but I will certainly look for someone else to do them. <br />"

"Response was excellent. We asked for places were we could go and see example of there work and the responded with over a half dozen styles and installations. Weather kept putting off installation but they arrived on the appointed day. The two days before New Years and worked two days on the project. There men were profession and did a craftsmanship job. They were polite and cleaned up the entire area including the trimming of bushes and ground cover. Out of all the company's that gave us estimates, Chris was the most professional and answered all of our question and concerns. He laid out the entire project from start to finish, It really was a pleasure and would work with them again in the future."
