"I gave the incredibly specific guidance of "just please make my wifi WORK" and got in return an incredibly skilled installation, optimization, problem solving and education on how wifi, in fact, works. He validated the best network provider in our area, ran cables, tested connections, and when he left the network was screaming. I had some follow on questions (which ended up being the ISP and not his work) and he responded quickly, clearly and helpfully. He was incredibly professional, reliable, well educated and willing to make sure the job was done right.
