"It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

"They came when they said they would and when they found extreme rot, they were able to repair it completely and quickly. Even finding where the previous crew did not install the flashing needed, which caused the rot. They finished the repair throughly. They cleaned up around the work site too. They did what they said they would do, at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them for your construction needs."

"Actual roofing work well done but for Roofing Teamwork ethics need attention to get better rating. Roof work done during winter months with shorter days starts when warmer and makes for shorter work hours. Be ready to do self-tidy up around house after workers leave if not at a new building project. Company sales service is better than others but needs improvement in communications throughout with customer/client relations. Be specific about Roofing Team members using non-team equipment and/or moving non-team items without permission. Also clean-up of non-team items before roofing team leaves location. When lunch time arrives, ensure all roofing team members leave location to go and get lunch which includes using lunch facility restroom, if needed, before returning work site to continue roof work. Overall, Roofing Teams work was fast. Now to await results of the Inspection Department representative."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"I had a meeting with Jesse about the issues that I was having with my existing metal unfortunately I will have to replace my whole roof, but after speaking with Jesse, I am very confident in him and the work that he will be doing he is very knowledgeable and at no point that I feel like he did not know what he was speaking about. He is very professional straight to the point and the price is fair."

"They did a good job. Rich made it pretty easy and dealt with the paperwork and permit. He worked with the inspectors who initially said the roof did not need to be replaced. He met with them and we were able to change the insurance company's mind that the roof needed to be replaced. I would definitely use them again."
