"Rob was fantastic. i had an 80yr old cast flange finally rot out at one on the slots. Called Rob, a rough estimate was provided and time of arrival established. He was early, well spoken and cleanly dressed. He applied boot covers as it was wet/snowy outside. He replaced the flange and poured a new joint, adding additional support by anchoring the flange to subfloor. This was not done previously but again the house is 80yrs old. We had purchased a new toilet and asked him to replace our old one with the new. This was not part of the scope of work, but he did so without complaining or trying to reschedule. He cleaned the area and it looked as it did when he arrived. Everything looks great! New toilet works great! No more wobbly toilet. Highly recommend his work."

"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."

"Peter did an excellent job tuning up my A/C system. He was extremely diligent in making sure my A/C unit was up to speed for cooling for the upcoming summer weather. "I called Chambers and spoke with Kevin. He came out to my house the same day and diagnose my central air system as low on refrigerant. My system is twenty years old and has never been serviced. Kevin check out the system and based on the service history recommended that I recharge the system and monitor it over the summer. Kevin was honest with me and he wasn’t looking for the big pay day. "Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

"Excellent. I went to Angies List in a panic because it was raining in my basement when the shower was running. Less than 5 minutes after I consulted with Angies List I received a call from J. Griffin and within an hour they were at my house. I don't even know how to thank Jeff, I was expecting the worst and got the best! He knew immediately what the problem was, he clearly knew his business very well. The problem was more or less user error and I was a little embarrassed but Jeff never made me feel as though it was a bother or a nuisance to respond and he refused to charge me as much as I thought he was worth. I'm so sorry I just realized I didn't hit submit on this review. It was several months ago, but I still wanted to finish this because they were so wonderful."

"I had originally thought that a high velocity mini-duct central a/c system was the only option for my Victorian home with baseboard heating. But when Joe Carnevale from Airco explained the benefits of a multi-zone slim-duct system with concealed air handlers in the attic to cool the second and third floors and a conventional system tied to existing (unused) floor registers on the first floor, I was intrigued. After rebates and tax credits (which aren?t available for high velocity systems) the cost was extremely competitive and the fact that the system has four individually controlled zones means that I can adjust the cooling levels to keep operating costs lower. The installation was a little tricky as I asked (owner) Steve Duarte and his crew to run the refrigerant, electrical, and condensate lines through an unused chase to the second and third floors rather than affix a conduit to the outside of the house (which wouldn?t have been allowed due to my home?s historic designation.) The work was done efficiently and with practically no disruption to the day-to-day living that went on during the installation. The left the house and basement very clean. I have been very satisfied with the system?s performance during the several heat waves we?ve experienced this summer. All in all it was a very professional job from start to finish and I would highly recommend Airco Home Comfort Services to anyone considering central air conditioning, and in particular to owners of older homes without existing ductwork.

"I did everything I can to clear the blockage in my kitchen sink drain but it is totally blocked. I called Milltown Plumbing in the morning and they expected to send someone over later the day or the next day depends on how quick they can finish other works. They keep me updated when they can send someone over on the same day. Pedro came and fixed the blockage in no time with no mess. He is professional, kind and considerate. I'd rate their service 6 stars if it exists."
