We were referred to Back to Perfection and treated to a professional experience process that was well done from start to finish. Our countered has Corian sinks as part of the countertop and they were pitted and wanted them repaired as well as refinishing the entire countertop. We were delighted with the result. The refinished countertops look like new and "Back to Perfection". Recommend Back to Reservation without reservation."

"I called Paul in the middle of October to get a ballpark estimate of the cost to reglaze our 1964 bathtub with shower and tile surround. He returned my call the next day and asked a series of questions (Were there glass doors with a frame? What condition was the tub in? What was the condition of the tile? etc.). We had no glass doors or frames and overall the condition of the tile and bathtub were fine (no cracks or chips), but the grout was beginning to get moldy.  He gave me an estimate of $550.
A week later, I called to ask him to perform the work. Initially, he was going to come out to give me a firm estimate. However, after calling several places, I was pretty sure that I wanted him to do the work. He was very pleasant on the phone. Plus, he explained the process: he cleans the area to be sprayed, hooks up a vent that takes most of the odor directly outside, and sprays the designated area. The whole process takes about 6 hours. Then I need to let it dry for three days. 
He arrived on time on October 31 and did exactly what he said he was going to do. When he finished, there was an odor (like a nail polish salon) upstairs where the bathroom is. He said that it would be gone that night. To my surprise, it actually did disappear by nightfall. We kept the bathroom closed for three days, so the odor lingered in there. Once we opened it up, the smell disappeared within a few hours. 
The tub and tile look great. He recommended using a little dish soap with water to clean and maintain the new surface.  Thanks, Paul!

"This was my first purchase of a Angie's List special.  I am very pleased with this company.  The provided excellent communication, prompt response, on-time arrival and a bargain for the amount of work that was done.  They restored the areas I requested.  I would recommend them and WILL definitely use them again.
I choose this company because the work to be performed was minor & it seemed to me that several of the granite companies were looking for bigger jobs, based on the amounts of money that was spent by reviewers.  I use this technique often for vendors.  I do not like to be overcharged, nor do I like compnaies to try to sell me additional stuff.  I use a "don't contact me - I'll contact you" approach and do not like unsolicited marketing or advertising (including from Angie's List).
I bought the service over the weekend.  The owner contacted me during the weekend to let me know that he was not able to telephone me because the number listed in my Angie's List account was old and was no longer my number.  I gave 3 dates for the work to be performed, and they were able to come out this morning - just a few days after requesting the service (and over a weekend).
The technician arrived at about 8:30 am - the service was scheduled beween 8-10 am.  I showed him what I wanted done and he began work immediately.  He worked quietly and efficiently.  He was here nearly two hours and restored the areas I requested.  There was no extra charge and he did not try to sell me anything else (I like that).  I am very pleased with the work and the price.  Last week I hired a plumber that charged me $99. just to get to the house!
Do be sure to tip the technician if you are completely satisfied.

"Best Builders Group remodeled completely our kitchen and laundry room and it came out gorgeously. We found Best Builders Group through online website. We wanted to upgrade and renew the kitchen we had because it was old style and needed to be more functional so we used Best Builders Group for that and the kitchen is now more than what we wanted. We are very fascinated with the precision of the cabinets, countertops and paint (on top of the other parts of the work). Zohar made sure that everything will be without any mistake or error. They were very professional & hardworking people. All the communication could not been better between us to Zohar to the labor crew. The overall experience in this project was great and pleasant. "Mark was really wonderful. My husband had demoed the faux river rock facade off our fireplace surround because it was tacky, but we didn't have much of a plan for what to replace it with. I knew that I liked tile surrounds with wooden mantels, but in the demo some of the bricks of the original surround were damaged and the surface was pretty uneven. I contacted Mark at LA Custom Tile because he's in the neighborhood and asked him how the whole fireplace-tile process worked, and he suggested that I buy the tile I liked and contact him when I had it. So I found a beautiful marble mosaic that was sold by the box. One box was just enough for my surround, but the lady at the store suggested I buy two boxes because most tile setters won't work with fragments of mesh sheets and will just want to use complete mesh sheets of mosaic (creating a lot of wasted tile) rather than piecing sheets together to make the material stretch. Well, since the lead time on the tile was only a few days, I bought just one $300 box and thought I'd see whether Mark was able to make it work. If he couldn't, I could just buy another box later. After the tile arrived, I called Mark and, because of a delay on the big project he was working on, he was able to come do the job the next day at a really great price. He made the single box of tile work, saving me $300 in materials, and he fixed the edge of the firebox, where bricks had been damaged by the demo, with cement. His execution of the tile setting was careful and precise, and I could tell that he took real pride in his work. When a carpenter came to take measurements for the mantel we're having built, he remarked upon what a great job our tile guy had done. Thanks, Mark!"
