This wasn't a decision we made lightly, but we felt reassured and in good hands with the experience provided. The work was completed in three days and so far everything looks good, and we have the warranty to cover workmanship/parts anomalies. There is a reason we have the service plan with Benjamin Franklin, they might be higher cost, but the quality is there. I prefer the use of a price list any day over the pay by hour route hands down. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I also was extremely thankful to Keith this morning as he identified a gas leak that I otherwise would not have known about. Because of Keith I was able to call the gas company and they came out within the hour to address the problem. I highly recommend Keith to anyone needing services.
