He indicated repairs were needed and provided a quote. So, I felt like I paid for a quote which most companies will do for free. The quote for repairs was significant. I questioned if it would be better to replace the roof and asked for a quote for that and he never got back to me.

"Light Of Day was by far the most affordable out of 11 different quotes, especially since I needed my garage decking redone. Almost every other quote was at least 1.5x the price, and some were nearly TRIPLE! Not only was the price fair, but they finished both buildings in 3 days and cleaned the yard so thoroughly I struggled to find even a couple tar paper flecks. 10 years later the roof still looks nearly brand new, and I still have 10 years left on their workmanship warranty. 10/10 would recommend these guys to ANYONE who is in their area.
